Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Department of Tourism Development and the Ajman Land Department, T10 Mirkaaz City brings retail, residences, sport and wellness into one integrated destination. It is developed by ARYA Lifestyle, a strategic joint venture owned by H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz, with the aim of positioning Ajman as a leader in integrated lifestyle, tourism and investment.

From construction site to destination

Interiors take shape

Site photography records the mall's skylit galleries, glass balustrades and escalator cores being fitted out, with washroom and service areas in finishing.

Façade, canopy and landscaped parking

The signature arched canopy and glazed entrance rise over a paved, tree-lined car park, with "opening soon" banners on the Mirkaaz façade.

Royal patronage & the T10 Mirkaaz City name

H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi extends patronage to the Abu Dhabi T10, and the development is named T10 Mirkaaz City as Presenting Partner of Season 9.

Mirkaaz Mall by LuLu

LuLu International Holdings, via Line Investments & Property, joins with H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz and Mulk International to manage and rebrand the mall.
